Always problems with them.. wish there was a 0 star option.. won't even deal with there other locations either. How horrible. Why would they even keep the project management working if they can't do their job or any management for that reason..

After seeing a news article about the problem Mr Singh is having, avant homes need to sort their work out. Too many new build developers are taking advantage of customers. They need to be regulated better and avant homes is a prime example

My partner & I newly purchased & moved into our home property on this development & I'm extremely happy with our purchase, the build quality is fantastic & yes we had some snags & some items which were delayed but this was quickly rectified by the site management team! It seems to be that we have had a better experience than some. The area is great & if I ever spot any defects the guys are round as quickly as possible to rectify. Thanks Avant!

I do not live on this development. I do not know what defects are being alleged by the developer as arising from the extension works. From previous experience some 15 years ago the NHBC are not involved in the rectification process of defects occurring during the first 2 years of initial occupation. Developers do not tell you this. I would suggest that Mr Singh, and any other residents experiencing the same problems, check if this is still the case, and if so take legal advice and action if appropriate. Colin Boon Monmouthshire
