        The service was so bad. Over-promises and under-delivers. No answering calls or returning calls. They won't get back to us to correct something. Not impressed.

        Long story (6 months worth!) short, still not received everything that I've paid for; despite earnest promises. Checking reviews, this outfit has form going back years. Will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

        We were originally full of praise for the bathroom supplies we purchased from Bilston Bathrooms last year, but less than 6 months after the pricey Tavistock sink unit was installed, paint began peeling from it in 3 places. We emailed Paul at BB in December 2021 and I'm now writing this review in June 2022 because we are so frustrated at the situation. Despite regular calls to both Paul and Frank we have no progress in actually having the unit replaced, despite promise after promise that a new unit would be supplied and fitted for us. So, so disappointed.
