Liberty Roofing

Unbelievable why Barratt Homes uses this roofer. My new build has poor roof quality. The dry verge caps and tile fell off 3 times within 3 years after completion! Most shocking part is a recent issue with 6 caps and 2 tiles falling down and dented my car. Absolutely appalling thing is the man visited talked utter nonsense: I should waited for weeks till Builder action, rather than find new roofer to repair it. I can't talk about previous caps or tile falling issue because he doesn't know. I can't criticize the roof quality because it built to specs from Barratt Homes. I shouldn't change all dry verge caps despite they keep falling off and not fit for purpose. The way he defends themselves is shameless. On one hand, he claims that the default spec is OK for my 4-storey loft; on the other, he refused to answer then why all neighbors are fine and only my roof damaged by winds... Purchased a new build home and the builder uses this excuse of a company as a contractor sadly. They are total time wasters, the work is shocking and have to come back for repairs.....only they don't come back for repairs! They just ignore emails from customer services and we have been left with a faulty roof and missing tiles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
