        Poor customer experience. Good quality product when you get it but they sent us a wrongly labelled product and the wrong product. We tried to return as it was not what we ordered, but we were rebuffed. Despite the item being incorrectly sent and wrongly labelled. Thats a lot of money that wont be returned.

        We are very pleased all round with our Utopia bathroom; the company that made it, the retailer that sold it and the guys who fitted it. All backed up by Utopia customer services' excellent support if needed.

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. They know absolutely nothing about the products they are selling, I believe they are just listing everything they can from all the U.K. importers and hold no stock themselves, rather just acting as go between. Better to use other real suppliers that actually care about there customers experience and own the stock they sell!!!
