I'm struggling to find the best words to explain just how good these guys are. Jake is so knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish he has helped and guided us. We came across a few issues caused by some previous cowboys that had done work for us, and he knew exactly what to do. They have done everything we asked for and more and the finish is perfect. I will never go to anyone else for my floors ever again! I am a very fussy, difficult customer... constantly changing my mind and asking for different things. The lads were absolutely amazing. I wish there was an option to give extra stars, because it is companies like this that really go the extra mile and they deserve it. Please don't be put off if they can't come round straight away, it is a family business and they sometimes run over on jobs... but I promise you, if you hold tight, you won't regret having them. I had 4 different floor companies come to me before Floors for less... and I knew straight away that I didn't want to go with anyone else. They are so knowledgable and offer loads of help and advice. They worked so hard and the floor is fitted perfect. I didnt realise just how bad my old laminate floor was fitted until I saw how these lads did it. They are perfectionists and kept the house so clean and tidy. They are incredibly professional and respectful. Every job they did they gave 100%. I needed my floor screeding before they could fit some of the floor. Due to an extension with different levelled floors. The floor now doesn't move one little bit. No creakes or cracking noises as you waLk over it. All the edges are literally perfect!! I have told my entire family to only go with these from now on. Thank you so much lads. Jake and the team done an amazing job, helped from minute dot, screeded my floor as it was so uneven to fit the spc herringbone looks amazing 5star thank you so much comes highly recommended.
