Little Dessert Shop Bilston

Ordered over an hour ago Absolute terrible service, food took ages to come it wasnt even a small order , when i rang up the shop to ask were my order was they informed me they would find out and call me, 10 minutes later nobody rang back , i mean if you cant keep up with the demand simply get more drivers or dont serve food on delivery platforms , the girl on the phone simply doesnt know how to follow up on instructions, dont get it wrong Ive ordered from different branches and have never been disappointed , there just giving the name a bad look, WONT ORDER AGAIN simply stay away customer service needs some work , Ive got nothing good to say

Rude member of staff, we parked our car 1min away and was told for future reference they will not bring dessert out if we park too far! What a joke and her tone was out of order

Ordered from this place multiple times and they never disappoint. The desserts are delicious and always delivered in good time. If they ever don't have anything in stock then they let you know quickly. We have, and will continue to order from these guys on multiple occasions in the future.

we always order at this store and they never fail to give us a good service! the staff are so nice and friendly as well as serving us very quickly. they also provide vegan friendly options and are always more than happy to accommodate for us. we live around 15 mins from the store and delivery is always quick and early!! overall such a great store we have never had any bad experience with them. :)
