Every single parcel I order that comes with DPD has the same issue, driver Damanjit claims theres nobody home even though at least 2 members of the family are always home.

Not very keen to give one stars but it is what it is . Waiting for a very Important parcel, they mark as tried to deliver and checked cctv and no driver or van were outside , they waste time sending you pictures of your house as we certainly knows how our houses looks like but not a call to ask if you are at home . I'll try on the best of my capabilities to don't order anything which is delivered by them .

I'd rate it a zero if I could. Home for my dates of delivery, but nobody had called up to my flat and the picture received wasn't even the front door of my apartment building. After being on hold multiple times for much longer than it should have been, I've decided I'll go deliver my parcel to the location on my own. Good job DPD

If I could this depot zero I would. Absolutely horrific customer service. They never answer phones or collect parcels as agreed with them. Never experienced service like it!!! Avoid like the plague

I've given up. Now asked the vendor for a refund. Best thing you can do in future is insist online purchases are not delivered by DPD.
