Great instructors, and friendly and welcoming senior students always helping new members like myself. Classes have just moved into a great new training room with lots of kit. Tough but enjoyable classes with plenty of sparring practice each week.

Training with Robbie what can I say all about family Tightknit group very knowledgeable very welcoming with beginners if you wanna learn self defence this is the place to be

Recently joined with Robert as my instructor. Got great support and encouragement but was very overwhelmed and saddened by the tragic news of his passing. Felt slightly lost but will be continuing as the rest of of the class are certainly a lovely bunch of people that are altogether patient and supportive. Everyone is friendly and keep it all fun. So glad I joined and highly recommend!
