Excellent Bed and Breakfast situated in the British countryside between Hastings and Tunbridge Wells. The owner, Kate, is extremely friendly and helpful and gives good advice on restaurants. The bedroom is large and beautiful, the breakfast is continental and you can have it when you want as all the "ingredients" are left for you in the kitchen area of the room. There's also a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and lots of different teas and herbal teas. The milk, yoghurts, honey are locally produced . I recommend this place +++++++

A wonderful b&b which is close to many wonderful sights in East Sussex and Kent. Located within a quiet village with a station. The property itself has on-sight parking, is self contained and rather unique. Kate is a wonderful and friendly host who is happy to help with any questions. Breakfast is continental style with much of the produce being locally made or homemade. There is access to garden space to relax in as well. A highly recommended place to stay and a good place to use as a base to visit both Kent and Sussex.
