    I don't know why this place got called The Everglades, but it seems to have been for a long time. Situated on the opposite side of the Rugeley road to Moors Gorse and at the bottom of Lower Cliffs it is actually the site of Moors Gorse pumping station. Remember to watch out for wildlife killers on mountain bikes when using the public footpaths (rights of way now converted to bike tracks).
