Would really like to praise this company from the initial meeting I had with frank until the very end the job was started on time every thing ran smoothly as I was worried about starting the project but this company truly knew what they was doing through out I never had to do anything nothing was to much for these guys thanks again resin right will definitely recommend

I have spent 22 500 plus to have the front of my bungalow and patio with a resin finish. I also had a wall made little higher and a trellis fitted. I am generally quite pleased with the resin work but the additional work I dont feel is so good. The top of the wall has been left with mostly bricks with holes not a full solid brick so the water will overtime damage the wall and its quite uneven and untidy. The trellis has not been secured very well and in the first winds blew so no longer upright. I had to re fix. There were some issues during the work taking place that had to be addressed which were disappointing i.e. disgarded food and litter, the use of my personal hosepipe, wheelbarrow, watering can, brooms all of which were not left in a clean state and permission had not been requested in the first instance. I felt disrespectful. A couple of valuable shrubs were removed and disposed of in error and not replaced although an apology was given. Some damage was made to my garden gate, garage door and small scratches to my new porch door. The circle plant border displays in the resin were not left initially to just fill with topsoil and plants as promised but with some concrete and under layers that had been put under the resin so when filled with rain water did not drain away. Frank and team did return and now most are how they should have been and are now draining away without any problems. To summarise, the resin work is good but I would suggest a clear concise contract be written up outlining all work in precise detail from the outset, this will avoid disappointment and any upset and frustrations at the end. The operational team did arrive punctually each day and were pleasant in their manner.

Rang for a quote and arranged for them to come out to quote on a date/time. Didnt bother turning up at arranged date/time andcouldntbebotheted phoning either. A courtesy call would have been nice.
