This place looks extremely unsanitary. The dogs are cramped in tiny dirty kennels and some of them look like there may be blood on the ground. I believe the police should be called on this place and I wouldnt be surprised if they are soon.

I cannot fault this rescue centre. I found the best friend anyone could ever wish for. She was well looked after by the team there before we had her and I wouldnt change her for the world. Tegan has become our world and I cant thank CAARS enough for having her so I could find her. Shes perfect and the staff there are lovely and doing a great job
