        Surprised by some of the comments. Very friendly and helpful sales team. However, the days of wandering round showhomes as something to do are gone. There are rules about viewings. I have met the site manager a number of times. Very professional, high standards which is great if you are buying here and super helpful. New homes are Marmite but I can commend the development and all the individuals who work on site.
