        Called this morning to book my son in and receptionist very friendly. Initially no appointments available but soon after I was called to say they had cancellation. Son seen by lady doctor who again was very pleasant and helpful.

        Dont go to the male doctor Go there with my special needs child As she dont sleep Im tired and exhausted To be told im unfit No wonder parents dont ask for help if this is what we get!!

        Absolutely useless Ring at 8 for 20 mins straight saying line is busy 95 phone calls later i get through THEN all appointments are gone Cant even get my 4 year old daughter seen!! Same as my 5 month old Whem they do answer the answer i get is go A&E...... NO ITS NOT A A&E MATTER Get off of calls and do your job and see people, since covid they just use it as an excuse now
