Had Lepton around to do a full rewire on our house in Feb 2020. Initially they were here daily and were very professional but towards the end they were in and out, seemingly between jobs, which was quite disruptive and dragged out the job quite a bit but appreciate this is quite common with tradespeople. The real issue was in the aftercare. I was told they would come back when we were ready to sort out switches/light fittings and wire in our cooker (they installed a 13 amp plug which wasn't enough for our cooker). We paid the full amount which in hindsight was a mistake as it's been crickets ever since. Tried mobile and landline numbers to no avail then had to resort to Facebook whch has miraculously disappeared (or I've been blocked). I had to wire in the cooker myself and going to need to get someone else in to do the light switches so make sure you get the work complete before you pay up.
