This was my last camping night of the C2C walk. The campsite is basic, nice, clean and good pitching ground. The shower and toilet where very good. Judith and husband are most friendly. Their welcome is always with tea/lemonade and slice of homemade cake for free. Nightcost 8,00 with the use of the shower.

Stayed here on my last night of the coast to coast walk, just like many other probably. The 'campsite' next to the house is basic but it's just what you need while on a hike. Judith and her man are very friendly. The only real downsite of this place; it's not directly on the C2C trail. So after a day of hiking you have to walk uphill for about 800 meters from the main road...

Camped here while on the Coast to Coast. Judith was very welcoming, and offered dinner and breakfast as well, with very generous portions! There was even rhubarb crumble and custard! A very pleasant stay that I recommend to others.
