        Popped in to make a general enquiry about the cost of a particular style of window, a casement design. Very pleasant & professional administrator spoke to me and took my enquiry; having explained that I didn't live in the area but was hoping to understand what price to expect to pay. Unfortunately received a message next day the sales manager couldn't help as they wouldn't supply only. I didn't expect this, I just wanted to know an approximate price I could expect to pay. How hard is it to respond to a basic enquiry? I presume the lack of interest was down to no financial incentive. Lovely clean showroom, I expect if you're paying big bucks you get the special treatment, otherwise no help at all.
