Drake and Reynolds have excellent customer skills and a very high level of expertise in the various notices that I needed to serve my neighbour concerning my extension. Initially my neighbour was going to dissent but in the end after speaking to David Reynolds agreed to consent with a Schedule of Condition provided. I am very happy I chose to have them handle everything rather than try to attempt it myself.

A property developer bought the house next door to enlarge an extra storey and extension. We were very stressed about this having just lived through their last works opposite which took forever and was an utter nightmare for those neighbours on either side.
