If you are planning to rent out a property , Hamptons are the estate agents to use, a big step above the rest , providing a complete professional service which is of upmost importance when dealing with tenants. Nick and Fran in the Esher branch are managing my property in Epsom.

Professional and friendly, I did not feel remotely pressured into renting the property, even though I was one of the first viewers and really liked it. After I said yes, Nick was quick to take it off the market and then keep me informed at every step throughout the referencing process. They vet you thoroughly - which can only be a good thing, and Nick was always available when I had any questions or issues before I got the keys to my lovely house.

Paul and the team at Hamptons have recently sold my mother in laws house as well as being the agent on her next move. The process was professional but personal with Paul in particular going the extra mile to make my mother in law comfortable with and supported through the process. Even sending reminders on process for meter reading, removers etc. The also pitched the market right and found an excellent buyer within our target price even though it was the most challenging time (just after that budget). The sale was pretty seamless but when small issues and queries came up the team were quick to sort out. We plan to downsize ourselves in 5 years or so and would feel very confident to use the team.
