Don't refund money in good time. Still waiting after 2 years.....getting access to private health is cumbersome and very poor.

After taken ill with pneumonia I used my cover due to a 8 day stay in hospital. Also lost my voice so had my mother call on my behalf. They could not of been more helpful and professionally at a time when it was needed. Im so glad I had cover and Healix, they have and still are making it such a pleasant experience during a rather unpleasant time. Even with after care there are no problems and staff on the phone so very helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you.
