        The so called carers were physically and verbally aggressive and racist. They shouted at me all the time, left me without food and searched through my personal belongings looking for my valuables. Worst of all they spread gossip and lies about the clients one carer boasted that she was able to get an elderly woman to give her money. They were semi literate chavs who should be working in macdonalds not looking after vulnerable people.

        Terrible service, unreliable and unprofessional. Rude semi literate staff my relative was bullied and abused and left unsupervised. I would not recommend. Unless you want to be verbally abused and left hungry and uncared for. Non existent complaints procedure so complaints are ignored. Unacceptable practices because complaints are not followed or investigated.
