        Sent me an unusable laptop. I attempted to return the item and they refused it and sent it back to the depot at Parcel force. I did not receive either a refund from ebay or from Parcel force, Avoid both of these rip off merchants at all costs. So Parcel force then claim that the item was redelivered and now they have not only my money, but the item ready to sell on to someone else to repeat the process. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

        Had an iPad issue with my connector and Globe was happy to take a look. Apple's policy is to trade-in your iPad for a new one (at the cost of 280). The Technician showed me a trick to allow the Ipad to continue charging without having to purchase a new one. All of this free of charge. You cannot ask for better service than that.
