People be careful. The program crashes and asks again and again to log in. They renew the membership without warning. Impossible to cancel online. They should not be operating. They pretend to be fair but they are not. I want my money back as I did not want to extend the 12 month contract. They accepted my cancellation but they never offered me to give me the money back for the second year. I have disputed the amount and I am still waiting.

Paid for a year in November and they deleted the Samsung App I used to watch the service in December. Their customer service has been stringing me along since then promising the new app will be ready any day. It still isn't and I haven't been able to use the service for almost 6 months now. They're also refusing a refund or a pro-rated extension of the subscription. Worst experience I've ever had with service. Don't subscribe, it's a complete sham.

Tennis TV app crashes without opening. No way to get in touch with customer support to get refund for premium subscription. UPDATE after business's reply: Before this reply, I already did get in touch with an R Ingham (not sure why the replier couldn't see this themselves?) R Ingham pointed me to the T&C which state that they don't even guarantee the mobile app works, and therefore would not be issuing a refund. I reported this business to Citizens Advice in the UK.

Communicating with this servoice for any reason is NOT easy. I tried to get them to stop double billing me and gave up. finally instructed my bank to stop paying them. Recently have tried unsuccessfully to contact them but to no avail. I will try one more time and discontinue paying them.

I paid for TennisTV access through Apple, it was over $125 dollars for the year and my account was never given premium access. I have sent numerous emails to their support team and no one has gotten back to me and it has been over a week. They essentially charged me for a service, aren't providing that service, and now I cant get a hold of anyone to either cancel or get my services that I already paid for.
