We had our kitchen designed and fitted by Oli and Carlo, and throughout the whole process it was noticing but exceptional service. Every tweek or concern was addressed in a timely and reassuring manner. Oli was enthusiastic about our ideas and gave his professional opinions and expertise to make our dream kitchen cone to life. Carlo and his team worked hard and flawlessly. Since this was done we have moved house and the first thing we did after completion was put in an order for a new kitchen with Oli and the team! Will never go anywhere else.

Couldn't recommend County Kitchens highly enough. High standard of product, great choices and styles of kitchen available. Reserving special praise for Ollie who took in all of our specific asks to produce the perfect design and was always on hand to deal with all of our queries, concerns and issues in the most efficient and professional of manners. A real pleasure to work with.

Terrible customer service. I have emailed 3 times and phoned twice. My kitchen STILL has issues and I get no responce from anyone. They do not answer emails and they do not phone you back as promised. The kitchen units are lovely but customer service is non existent

Spoke to a gentlemen who picked up the phone, very rude and intensive to someone who has called regarding a sale towards a customer.
