        Was looking forward to my hydra-facial, unfortunately the machine stopped a couple of times during treatment, wasn't a comfortable experience. The supervisor did mention that she would rebook me for the treatment but as I left nothing of the sort was mentioned. Such a shame!

        Treatment is great and very pleased with it but overall the business seems very disorganised. Waited an hour to get an initial appointment booked. Which was then moved due to equipment maintenance. The app gave a different start time to the agreed time. Second appointment moved for maintenance again and now has just been cancelled. Asked three times for an invoice still waiting.
