        I met Richard at a networking event and the connections in the room could not promote or recommend Richard at Luxe Smart Homes enough. We were looking for a lighting system and CCTV cameras for our property. From our first discussion to installation Richard and his team were professional and knowledgeable throughout. Very happy with the results and would happily recommend Richard and Luxe Smart Homes.

        I would highly recommend Luxe Smart Homes. It has been one of the best customer experiences I have ever had and so refreshing to have someone really care about their work. I used Luxe to upgrade our very slow internet system. Rich from Luxe explained clearly what work was need to be done and produced a quote very promptly. Rich kept us informed of what was happening leading up to the install day to make sure we had little internet down time on the day of install. On the day the boys arrived on time, they worked swiftly and cleanly (even tidying up the tech cupboard - Thank you!). Unfortunately there was a problem which turned out to be the internet providers issue nothing to do with Luxe but Rich worked tirelessly even coming out on weekends and evenings until he managed to solve the issue. We now have lightning speed internet and everything is working beautifully. Thank you Luxe for amazing service, a tidy tech cupboard and speedy internet!
