Excellent care and good reception team. Friendly and polite and can always get your questions answered. Good for my young family and 90 year old mum well looked after. Well done Littleton!

Excellent surgery using combination of modern ways and traditional GP approach. Worried about my child which was dealt with promptly by reception staff and I got appointment with GP too on the same day which you do not see in many other surgeries.They prioritise according to need and if your problem is urgent it will be dealt with I feel. Thank you, thank you! You are always there at time of need.

Phone system a bit odd. If no one answers you get cut off and have to call again.

The receptionists working at this practice are so unprofessional, its quite unbelievable. I try and use Livi as often as possible so I dont have to interact with this Surgery. Unfortunately, Livi sent the GP a request that I had to be seen in person for chest pain. 2 weeks went by without hearing from the surgery. I had to chase them and they werent slightly bothered or apologetic. I also had to contact the surgery for my patient record which I needed urgently for a referral. She told me to fill out their online form to request this - basically repeating what I had asked her for but online. I did this and heard nothing. Chased it up to be told that I had to attend the surgery to fill out a form if I wanted that information - would have been nice to have been told this when I called up 4 days earlier. Not sure how the elderly cope with this practice and getting the care they need as the receptionists just bat you off to their online portal - and then dont deal with the requests.
