I purchased some VEL Carbon Disc wheels during a recent really good offer. The wheels arrived and were all fine but i had some installation queries and minor niggles. I wasnt sure if it was the wheels or an error my end when installing them. I contacted the aftersales support team and a chap called Michael got in touch. Michael was extremely patient and helpful and assisted me to no end. He went out of his way to phone me and offer help, guidance and advice. He even gave me a lesson on how to use some tools correctly! We got to the point where I had tried everything I could with his advice and he then referred me to the Oakham store and asked I take the bike to them to check it over. At the store I met Jack and Will who were both again extremely friendly and helpful. Almost as if they were cycling buddies. Their knowledge on all things bike and friendly manner was a real breath of fresh air compared to large number of retailers! The bike and wheel was checked over, minor niggle corrected within 15 minutes and I was back on my way. I have to say I am very impressed for a reatiler to have online and retail presence with such top quality customer service. Keep up the good work and I will now always look to buy from Sigma becuase I know that if there was to be an issue (with user error or a any other reason) they would be on hand to offer support in the nicest possible way. At no point was I ever left to feel like I was bugging them or made to feel like it was my fault.

Had an issue with my bike after a couple of months of owning it. They were very quick to reply to my emails and happily took the bike in to fix. The bike was fixed perfectly after a couple of weeks waiting for a replacement part and I was back on the road with no problems! Very good job on the fix too. Can thoroughly recommend!
