        We had booked a break in March then went into lockdown so were unable to go. Despite booking.com saying its non refundable so tough, regency house said they would honour the booking and we re booked for December 2020. We have just had the weekend there and couldnt be more impressed. Mel was just lovely, nothing was too much trouble without being overbearing. We had an amazing afternoon in the spa downstairs which is just gorgeous and tastefully done. We walked out of the door and found ourselves in beautiful countryside only a few minutes away so no need for the car. In the evening you have the benefit of being in a town with heaps of places to eat and drink too. Our room was so lovely, big bed, big tv and Luxury bathroom with snuggly underfloor heating so spending time in our room was a treat too, which we did with takeaway one evening. I couldnt recommend this place enough and have done to everyone I know ! X
