I cant praise you enough for helping me and my mum today. From speaking to the lady on the phone to then two drivers, 10/10 service. Booked and at the car within 45 mins. I must say thank you, due to my disability I have trouble walking/with strength and your employees were very helpful and patient with helping me into the truck and very caring towards my needs. Thank you again, amazing service!

Was contracted by AA to deliver a car to which the suspension has clasped to my workshop, driver dropped the car where it was blocking entrance to my workshop, even though I repeatedly told him not to and then drove off. Called the company who sent the driver back, who did not know what he was doing. The driver Played around for an hour and damaged the floor at the entrance of the garage and the car and drive off again, when I called Rochford recover for the second time, they told me I would have to wait 4 hours as they had no drivers available. Called the AA who sent on of there drivers within the hour and got the car moved. Lost hours of work

I unfortunately got stuck in bad weather, these guys were fantastic helping tow me out and getting me back on road. Very friendly service, would definitely recommend, big thank you.
