They sell damaged goods posing as new. I bought a lawn mower through a retailer and when it arrived, it was clear that the unit had been refurbished: it had numerous scratches and chips, re-paint marks etc. I eventually got a full refund. I bought the same item through another retailer not realizing Sumec would be the supplier again, and guess what...after 2 months the battery charger wouldn't work. I've been complaining to the retailer for over a month now, had numerous requests to supply information that I had supplied in every possible form: online chat with an agent, 2 official complaints, back and forth emails only to be told that the item is not eligible for a refund as it was bought in in May (barely 3 months before my first written complaint).
