        After a less than ideal experience with a Nuprol charger the guys sent me a much better replacement, free of charge, within a matter of days. You really can't fault that kind of excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

        My girlfriend and i picked up a cm16 predator on Friday and the service was fantastic, we picked up a few extra batteries and things from him as well. Would highly recommend using them and will definitely be using them again in the future
