        Company hard to deal with. Impatient and entitled. Update : I dont work for a competitor, I worked for another company you were buying from. Always asking for more discount, complaining to my boss when I refused. Not interested in dealing with you again thanks.

        The guys here at Phoenix Components just make it easy - right from the first point of contact. They can't do enough for you, making sure the whole process is easy - keeping you informed every step of the way. Everything is posted out with a tracking number which gives me confidence. I ring these guys and its not like talking to a robot - they are real people, who give a damn about their customers and are always willing to go the extra mile for you. You can't knock their 5 star customer service. Personally I wouldn't use anyone else for my electronics - these guys have been loyal to me over the years and I am more than happy to treat them with the same respect I receive from them.
