The industrial building belies the idyllic, cosy setting. A lovely spot to hide away with a good coffee and a slice of whatever is on offer. I also love browsing the eclectic range of gift items Jayne has curated. Really enjoy Kate's Tuesday night Full Body Blitz class in the studio as well, a great workout, with a friendly group of men and women of all ages.

The cafe is located in the middle of the countryside, but inside a set of rather industrial looking units. The cafe has outside seating which they have tried to make as attractive as possible given the industrial unit backdrop. On my visit, our group didn't use the outside space as it was raining. Inside is quite small with only room for about seven or eight people. Not really your traditional cafe, it felt more like a shop with seats. The place not unattractive and quite calming. We were served immediately by the friendly and helpful staff. There was only a very limited range of vittles on offer; apparently because the owners were away dealing with a family matter. I had a cafe latte and a slice of tea loaf, a bit like a light fruit cake. The cafe latte was a bit milky but I supposed it was a latte. The tea loaf was rather good, fruity and moist. Overall this is a great place for cyclists as it's located in the countryside. The vittles were good, or in terms of the tea loaf, very good. The prices were very reasonable. I look forward to returning when the range of menu items is back to normal.
