        Surprisingly scenic carpark (free) which allows access to Therfield Heath (small forested area), and just right for a drive-and-eat from McDonalds, for those of you who are into fast food....Gravelled car park, but more comfortable parking than on the grass verge.

        Therfield Heath has some fantastic walks in woodland and on hills with views across Hertfordshire. In a fairly flat part of the country, its a great place for stretching your legs.
