Took my 9yr old staffie x to Ellis after he lost the use of his back legs, I really can't recommend Ellis enough, she's very knowledgeable and caring, nothing is too much for her even the late Sunday evening panicked texts get replied to. She gave us so much confidence and support in helping Marshall back on his feet. 10 out of 10 Amazing!

Ellis has been supporting our rescue Corgi cross for nearly a year. She is extremely professional, friendly and informative. The sessions have changed our dogs wellbeing completely. The physio, laser treatment and massage as well as the teachings, has transformed our dogs body, happiness and quality of life. Thank you so much from us both

Ellis is absolutely brilliant. When my dog Maya was first presented to Ellis for complications after TPLO and Mensical surgery, Maya was very uncomfortable. After a couple of sessions doing massage and laser therapy, Maya was a different dog. It has been a long journey, and after further complications and being told shed never be able to run off lead. Ellis remained positive and supportive throughout. Ill be eternally grateful to Ellis as I now have a dog that is able to run free and even played with her litter mate, for the first time in nearly 3 years.

Ellis has been a literal life-saver for Nala. She went from paralysed to walking in 4 weeks - without surgery. This is for a second episode related to IVDD. Ellis did physio after her first episode and surgery, and Nala was doing incredibly well then. I already thought I couldn't be more grateful. But the real magic happened after Nala unfortunately had another disc issue and her second paralysis ensued. We took her back to the animal hospital she'd originally been treated at, and the surgeons recommended an operation. But it was immensely complicated, risky and just too expensive for us to go ahead with. The surgeons were very sceptical that Nala would be able to walk again or have any quality of life without surgery, so we were having discussions with them about whether she needed to be put down... Before we made any decisions, I decided to call Ellis as she'd been such a fantastic support and font of knowledge during her first recovery. She gave no promises, but said it was definitely possible that Nala could walk again. We decided to try. Four weeks later, Nala was walking unaided. Her recovery has continued since and she's now back to her old self on walks - into everything, and endlessly energetic and playful. While there are no promises with this kind of spinal issue, she's continuing to improve. We cannot thank Ellis enough. It's not just know-how Ellis brings to this work (although she *is* incredibly smart!). Her optimism, determination and endlessly caring nature has been the secret sauce in getting Nala back up on her feet so fast. And Nala loves going to see her. She is hopping to get out of the car as soon as she realises she's arrived in Barkway and always rushes into the room for a big hello. After the shock of a previously healthy 4 year old dog suddenly being paralysed, twice in one year, Ellis has been exactly the physio we needed. She got Nala - and us - through a very tough time and we can't recommend her enough.
