Asked for key recoding after electrical works on my car meant only the one key would work. Unfortunately car still playing up from the issues that started the key fiasco, but gemma offered several solutions, was professional and patient throughout, has great communication skills and was flexible around my time commitments. Now have 3 working keys at a respectable price, much cheaper than the dealer and a damn sight more helpful and friendly than the dealers. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Came out at short notice to gain access to my van after I thought Id locked my keys in the back (turns out Id put them in the bin) Gemma went above and beyond to help me with this issue and is coming back to cut me a spare key so this doesnt happen again. I highly recommend for a local, friendly and professional service.

Could not recommend Gemma enough. Arrived and got straight to the issue, explained the issue and what could be done to fix it throughout, and managed to sort it. Absolute life saver!

Gemma you are a super star Come to get in my keyless entry car this morning and both my keys wouldnt work, couldnt do it manually as the drivers door lock had been damaged when some idiot tried to steal my car. Yes I should have had it replaced I know, which Gemma is now going to sort it out. Anyway, Gemma was great today to come out at short notice and professionally gained access to my car with out leaving a mark on it. She really knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her services to anyone with any sort of lock or key issues. Thanks again Gemma.
