        Absolutely outstanding! 6 months in and were still living the dream This software and the amazing team have totally transformed our HR function at my business. Weve never had any technical issues or faults and when weve called the helpline for support with using features, weve been helped then and there. Im looking forward to this product developing more and more. The app is very user friendly too.

        Horrendous (actually non-existent) support and customer service. They don't respond to emails and never pick up the phone. If you try and call them, you end up on hold to a premium charge number (be careful with this). Renewal process is the worst I've ever experienced in all my years working with SaaS vendors. Please look elsewhere for a credible, well-supported HR platform.

        There is no telephone support and if you have an issue you have to wait for them, there is no way to discuss the development to integrate with other systems and really bad documentation on how to use the API
