We had a large area of both drive and walkway resin bound. From the first meeting with Peter to the finished product, we have been delighted. Peter and his team removed the old paviors, hardcored where levelling was required, laid tarmac as a base and then laid our choice and design of resin. The finished product looks stunning! It has been only a week since the work was completed so cannot comment about the longevity of the installation, but if it ages as well as it's appearance, then we would have received a great value quality service. We have already been asked for details of the installation company by neighbours!!

I am so disappointed that I am having to write this review. Initially, my wife and I were thrilled with the work Peter and his team had done. However, having spent several thousand pounds on his services, we had hoped our back garden would last longer than the 18months it did, before large cracks and sunken areas have appeared. Thinking we were ok and under our warranty, I contacted Peter. No response. I tried a few days later. No response. A third attempt also brought no response. Eventually, I left a short, but honest review. That soon got his attention. He immediately messaged me DEMANDING that I remove my review, as it was under a different company that our back garden had been installed. Interestingly, his new company appear to be using the old company's photos on their website, so I'm not buying that excuse anymore. He eventually said he'd been planning to call me... although I'm unsure how I was supposed to know that!! He then arranged to visit us, but cancelled at short notice, saying he was stuck elsewhere. We arranged a second appointment. Apparently, it was too wet to look at a patio, but he didn't let us know; I had to chase him. I was then informed he'd come the following day. Guess what? He didn't. So, if you want to employ someone that is unresponsive, takes thousands of pounds from you and doesn't honour his guarantee, you've found your man. Otherwise, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
