Called in today to sort out a prescription problem first class service and it was sorted out within a couple minutes a big thank you to all the staff especially the pharmacist who sorted out the problem and even emailed me back to confirm my prescription was ordered just as she said she would. 11 out of 10

Went in today for my mother's prescription usually go to my efficient one at Haxey . I went in and turned right to a counter only to be told in a headteachers voice there is a queue, I looked around and a lady was stood looking at shelves nowhere near the counter,this lady who likes people to know she is the boss made me wait 20 mins even though my tablets were found within a minute. Certainly won't use this pharmacy again I would rather go to Scunthorpe.

Delivery service getting worse , having to wait another day for a delivery when It could have been quite easily delivered today

Went for my prescription to find out it was 9 for 24 ibuprofen tablets which I could have bought over the counter in any shop for 1 to 2 was not advised of this very poor customer service one star as this is lowest you can give. Sent and email in still no response poor service again

A very busy shop, staff always on the go trying their best to see people in a friendly and timely manner. Good at talking on the phone too.
