        Despite paying a service plan, we were left with no heating during the winter, they did not return our calls and eventually we had to contact another company who responded straight away and we had a new pump fitted in time for Christmas. I have requested a refund from JKN as services within the plan were not carried out, they still havent had the courtesy to contact us even though they have had six months to respond. Very disappointed in this company, we chose local thinking that we would be receiving a reliable service, unfortunately this wasnt the case. Service: Heating system maintenance

        These talk the talk but thats as far as it goes. You take the time to send plans over and get a reply off give us 7 days.... 7 weeks later were still waiting.... rang them 2 weeks ago and got the usual.... very sorry well have your quote by the end off the week....and still we wait. Take our advice, dont bother with these guys, theyll just waste your time!!
