J&N are a brilliant company to deal with and I can say this without me having bought anything from them I purchased a second had slicer off eBay and was struggling with the set up and the fact that the carriage was catching the blade After a Google search for the machine, J&N came up so I rang them up I think I spoke to Kevin over the phone and he walked me through the whole process to get the slicer working and even arranged an engineer to facetime me if needed The company did this all in the knowledge that I hadn't bought the machine from them Brilliant "customer" service (obviously I wasn't a customer) but I definitely will be if I need any parts for my slicer or decide to buy any sort of food machinery in the future Thanks J&N
