ROZA Epping

It was ok, food wasn't too bad but was overpriced for what you get as portions are fairly small. Not quite traditional Turkish but a poshed up version. Nice decor throughout although toilets need some attention as taps were about to fall off and various repair holes on view. The service from the staff was very good although we did wait over 30 mins for desert. I had an Irish coffee which turned up 20 mins after everyone else's deserts and I think they forgot to add the whiskey as it tasted like watery coffee. Paid over 250 for 4 adults dining. Don't think I'll go here again.

First time dining in Roza we all had the steak meal and it was absolutely delicious, along with many of the alcoholic coffees (I recommend French after trying them all ) Very friendly staff, Good service and great atmosphere. Would go again!

Avoid for delivery. Late, cold, half normal portions. No apologies from the management, no refunds, no free items. Overpriced, poor service. There's a reason they keep changing the name and give 30% off on takeaways.

Mediocre food, pretty bland. Potatoes in moussaka were not fully cooked and came across a whole clove of uncooked garlic and loads of onions in salad . Felt a bit neglected, hurriedly paid my bill and when I inspected it realised I was charged for a more expensive drink and automatically charged for a service charge. This was after the host that seated me told me I look like I had just come from the forest which I took to mean I was a bit more on unkempt than usuals. Hoping this was just a completely off day at the venue but I will not return.
