Home Instead (Epping Forest) assisted my parents for a number of years, providing increasing levels of care as the situation became more challenging. We have been so impressed with their professionalism and standard of care throughout this time, and cant praise them enough. Vicky and the whole team of caregivers supported our family during a very difficult time, procuring equipment, liaising with medical professionals on our behalf, and ultimately enabling our Mother to pass away in her own home, in accordance with her wishes. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

From the very first conversation with our representative at Home Instead Epping Forest. I knew our parents were going to be in good hands. Home Instead Epping Forest have supported our parents for the past 3 years. Starting with hourly care to now having live in care. All the carer professionals are experienced, kind and professional. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend Home Instead Epping Forest .

Working for Home Instead is the best. I have been with the company now for over two years and I can't thank them enough for how they have treated me, what they have taught me and the opportunities they have given me. I love working with Home Instead in Epping Forest. They are kind, caring and you can tell they go above and beyond for their clients and staff. Truly deserving of their Outstanding rating with the CQC. Victoria and Jennifer lead a superb team and you can tell this just by speaking with them.
