        Dee at Epping Slimming World is the best! She makes the experience so welcoming and makes you feel really comfortable. She knows her stuff expertly but is totally non-judgemental. She knows how to help you celebrate your wins, and just what to say when you need a pick-me-up. Ive been going for about a year and probably will continue for a long time. I would highly recommend for the best chance at great results.

        I would urge anyone who would like to lose a few pounds - or even a few stone - to come and meet Dee, our down-to-earth, super-supportive leader. This is an incredibly friendly group and SW is a sensible, easy to follow eating plan. Hope you'll join us!

        Just love this group!! A friendly welcome from the minute I stepped through the door. We all have good weeks and bad weeks and the leader Dee is always there to lend a guiding hand. Staying to group means we get to share and help each other along our journey plus make friends along the way. Dee always helps with guiding us through the slimming world plan with an abundance of knowledge and enthusiasm. Cant recommend enough - just a fantastic group
