        Great atmosphere with both lower and higher level grades. Coaches at this club are of high standard and Michael's approach to teaching is of the next level. His competition knowledge is of a very high standard which is transferred into the level of detail when . teaching technique. Class starts with a good functional warm up incorporating specific BJJ drills, followed by technique and finishing with class sparing I highly recommend this club :)
