The supervisor was washing and blow-drying her hair, when she was meant to be supervising the salon. I went into this salon to colour my hair roots, they covered my face with it. When I raised this with the supervisor, she was extremely rude and implied that I was trying not to pay the bill! (although I had been before). When I insisted on my complaint, she then told me that she did not want my money, but I was never to return. When I raised this as a formal complaint, unlike any other self-respecting British firm, they did not offer me a formal apology for all the humiliation their 'supervisor' put me through, but kept asking me for money, 40, then 49! Greed and petulance exemplify their management, and their service is variable. They do have one or two hairdressers, but the one who did my hair that day, did a terrible job. There are many other good salons in Epping, don't risk going here. Service: Hair coloring
