      • nizzlemy drizzle

        the worst gp i have ever been with. do not recommend. constantly busy but if you actually enter the practise it is always empty. receptionists put the phone down on customers, the phone calls are constantly in a que but the receptionist are always having a laugh and a chat in the practise whenever i have been there, absolutely disgusting treatment. i am severely unwell signed off work and they have done absolutely nothing to help me. i have never ever had such an experience with a gp. DO NOT USE

        Fantastic service received today from Doctor Kataria who I would highly recommend. Very helpful, personable and sorted out the issue I contacted the surgery about with agreed next steps for treatment. Thank you

        Staff here are stressed too many calls to deal with. Not enough Doctors. Two Doctors for the whole of Epping is not enough.
