Left with a very poorly attempted cappuccino which was more like a flat white and told I would receive a refund in due course only to witness others leave with cold drinks 10 mins later, seems unlikely the machine miraculously recovered!
Extremely poor staff who clearly wish they werent there.
This store is letting the generally consistent Starbucks brand down
