Goodwin Motors (PT Cars Ltd) - Used Car Sales Service

*BEWARE!!!* Absolutely DO NOT BUY from this dealership/Brad!!!!!! Bought a vehicle from them on January 7th, 2020 and by January 10th the vehicle broke down and the transmission had issues connecting with the ABS system. Got ahold of the dealership and they came and got the vehicle. 5 days later we picked it up (drove an hour away to get it) and drove it for 1 week after that and it broke down AGAIN on the side of the road. This time was the engine and the vehicle wouldnt turn back on and we were stranded. Requested a refund several times. Was told they couldnt do that because there was nothing wrong with it. They came and got the vehicle from where it was stranded, and have had it ever since January 25th, 2020 and it is now May 14th, 2020. No communication, no phone calls, and we have tried every other day to get ahold of them and they do not answer nor call us back. Extremely poor service. This vehicle has a 6 month warranty, never knew that meant they kept the vehicle for the entire 6 months. Have no idea where it is and what is going on, and we have been completely screwed out of our money and a vehicle. They have ruined a lot for us and all we wanted was a reliable vehicle or our money back and they decided to do neither!!!!! Do NOT buy from this place. Absolute SCAM!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service they had my car for 3 days and got exactly what I was asking for it thanks Erkan and the team!!! Highly recommended!!
